The Heshan Huashun High-Tech · China-Europe Industrial Park has been approved as a key industrial park development project in Guangdong Province for 2021. It has a total planned area of 337 mu and a total floor area of approximately 600,000 square meters.The park has a floor area ratio of 2.7, a building density of 44%, and a green space ratio of 20%. It is surrounded by four 40-meter-wide municipal roads on the north, south, east, and west sides. Each zone within the park has three entrances and exits, with main roads 17 meters wide and secondary roads 12 meters wide, ensuring convenient access. The plan calls for the construction of 86 factory buildings, divided into three zones: A, B, and C.Zone B (the central section of the master plan) consists of owner-occupied properties. Huashun High-Tech will attract two enterprises with an annual output value of over 500 million yuan each. The project’s leading industries include electronic information, smart home appliances, hardware products, and stationery.
