Lian Dong U Valley · Baiyun International Enterprise Park is located in the core area of the Eastern Science and Technology Innovation Belt in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. The project covers a total area of approximately 48.6 mu, with a planned gross floor area of nearly 65,000 square meters.Centered on the Western Technology Corridor’s vision of building a modern industrial system with the real economy at its core, the project will leverage the convenient transportation access provided by the Guanghua Expressway and the industrial strengths of the Minke Park. It will promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries as a foundation to foster the development of high-end, high-quality, and high-tech industries. By selectively attracting emerging sectors such as smart manufacturing, next-generation electronics, equipment manufacturing, new materials, and new energy, the project aims to become a benchmark park at the heart of the Greater Bay Area’s high-end smart manufacturing development.
