The Zhengxin Manufacturing Park project is located in the southern section of the Huojia County Industrial Cluster Zone, enjoying a prime geographical location. With a planned total land area of 131 mu and a total investment of 1 billion yuan, the project will be developed in two phases. Upon completion, it will accommodate over 100 enterprises, create nearly 1,000 jobs, and generate an annual output value of approximately 1 billion yuan.Phase I of the project commenced in August 2022 with an investment of 400 million yuan. It involves the construction of nine standardized factory buildings (two multi-story and seven single-story) with a total floor area of 30,000 square meters. The park will provide high-quality services to tenant enterprises, including production and R&D facilities, logistics and warehousing, talent training, information exchange, financial services, and an internet trading platform. These initiatives aim to enhance corporate profitability and establish a new, intelligent industrial ecosystem with a rational industrial structure and comprehensive living amenities.
