Jinke Dalian Smart Manufacturing Technology City is located in Dalian, a sub-provincial city and a city with independent planning status in Liaoning Province. It has been designated by the State Council as a major central city, port, and scenic tourist destination on China’s northern coast.In 2020, Dalian ranked 29th nationally in GDP and first in the province. The Jinpu New Area, where this project is located, has a GDP that far surpasses that of other districts and counties. As a national-level new area with a total area of 2,299 square kilometers and a population of 1.58 million, Jinpu New Area serves as a key growth pole driving the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China and boasts robust economic momentum. The project site is situated within the key development zone of the Yellow Sea Development Wing, and the region is positioned to become a hub for strategic emerging industries and advanced manufacturing.
