China Beauty Town Production Base · Huzhou is located in the Wuxing Industrial Development Zone (Daixi), Huzhou City. The park has a total investment of 10.5 billion yuan, a total planned area of 10 square kilometers, and a planned land area of 3,000 mu for the first phase.The immediate goal is to build a mid-to-high-end cosmetics park with comprehensive functions and industrial clustering. The long-term goal is to establish it as a benchmark for comprehensive and innovative industrial bases in China’s cosmetics industry, and to continuously develop it into a global industrial hub and key trendsetter for the global cosmetics industry. The Beauty Town has successfully attracted 31 projects with a total investment exceeding 12.5 billion yuan. Four projects have been completed, 13 are under construction, and five are scheduled for completion within the year.Breaking away from the path dependence of traditional manufacturing, China Beauty Town adheres to the development theme of “Industrial Hub, Fashion Park, and Characteristic Town.” It has established an overall spatial layout of “One Core and Three Zones,” namely the Cosmetics Industry Core, Industrial Service Zone, Tourism and Leisure Zone, and Creative Experience Zone.While building a complete cosmetics industry chain, the town fully explores the cultural significance of its products. By integrating local historical and cultural heritage with a pristine natural environment, it incorporates elements of culture, fashion, leisure, and tourism to highlight the organic fusion of “industry, city, culture, and people.” Through distinctive branding, showcasing its charm, and brand promotion, the Beauty Town aims to become China’s hub for the cosmetics industry, a center for experiencing Chinese beauty culture, and an international fashion and beauty exposition center.
