Equipped with advanced technical support staff and a professional operations management team, it provides Tencent ecosystem partners with office space and related support services.Among these initiatives, the "Xiangzhi Cloud" service project—jointly developed by Tencent Changsha and the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area—covers eight fields including artificial intelligence, new cultural creativity, agile development, and blockchain. Additionally, the project has attracted Tencent’s AI ecosystem partners to establish operations there, helping Changsha accelerate the formation of a comprehensive smart industry ecosystem.
