Lian Dong U Valley · Yiwu Future Technology Park is located within a high-tech industrial park specializing in information and optoelectronics that is being prioritized by the government. It occupies a central location in the Houzhai Subdistrict of Yiwu’s main urban area and is adjacent to the rail transit system.The project covers approximately 211 mu (about 14.1 hectares) and has a total planned floor area of approximately 350,000 square meters. In the future, it will be developed into an international industrial hub centered on smart manufacturing, electronic machinery, and medical devices, integrating technology R&D, manufacturing, and product show. The project aims to attract related high-tech industries and form a high-end industrial cluster spanning the entire supply chain.
