It covers an area of 283 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 500,000 square meters and a maximum building height of 60 meters. The project will be developed in four phases. Phase I includes 3 standardized factory buildings, 6 business incubators, and 1 dormitory building.Phase II includes 2 standardized factory buildings, 3 business incubators, and 1 dormitory. Phase III includes 2 standardized factory buildings, 2 business incubators, and 1 dormitory. Phase IV includes 2 standardized factory buildings, 5 business incubators, and 2 dormitories.
