The Huazhong Hengyuan·Puyang Modern Service Industry Park was developed by Sanyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Guided by the business philosophy of “building a service platform for enterprises to meet their needs,” and with the strong policy support of the municipal government and the development zone, the project aims to establish Puyang’s first brand-name industrial ecosystem park dedicated to modern services and the digital economy.
The project is situated in the heart of the High-Tech Zone, at the intersection of Huanghe Road and Xiangshan Road. Following a planning adjustment in Puyang’s Economic and Technological Development Zone, all chemical enterprises have been relocated, transforming the area into a pollution-free high-tech industrial park focused on digital information and other advanced industries. The surrounding area has been designated for commercial use, green spaces, and the 13.4-hectare Puxi Sports Center, offering significant potential for future appreciation.
