The Foshan Gaoming Pingqian Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park is one of Pingqian International’s key strategic initiatives in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Located in Gaoming District, Foshan, the project is adjacent to the Pearl River Delta Hub Airport (4F-class). The park is surrounded by a well-developed highway network, with direct access to the Foshan First Ring Expressway (S81), the Guangzhou-Taizhou Expressway (S5), and the Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway (G94).It is within a 1-hour drive of Foshan West Railway Station, Foshan’s central business district, and Guangzhou South Railway Station, and within a 1.5-hour drive of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and Guangzhou’s central business district.
The Pingqian International (Gaoming) Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park covers a total area of 650 mu and will be developed in accordance with the new generation of “Pingqian Standards.” The first phase, scheduled for early 2021, will deliver 11 high-standard single-story steel-structured factory buildings, each with a floor area of approximately 7,000–10,000 square meters. Additionally, land has been reserved to provide customized factory building services for clients.
