Park Overview
Changshun Chuanggu is located in the core area of the Jiangsu Yangtze River International Metallurgical Industrial Park in Zhangjiagang. Planned as a modern industrial park, it covers a total area of 400 mu, with the first phase spanning approximately 152 mu and featuring a total floor area of about 200,000 square meters. The park is developed and constructed by Jiangsu Gangshun Industrial Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Changshun Group, and is situated on the east side of Xingye Road and the north side of Gangfeng Highway in Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang. Jinfeng Town, the project’s location, focuses on four key industrial sectors: metallurgy, new building materials, mechanical equipment, and hardware and medical devices. The town has established dedicated zones for “Hardware and Medical Devices,” “Mechanical Equipment,” and “New Building Materials.” Through an industrial chain investment promotion model, the park attracts upstream and downstream enterprises to cluster within the park, creating a geographically concentrated industrial cluster effect. The park is planned to feature high-standard industrial buildings ranging from 600 to 10,000 square meters. It offers enterprises a new industrial platform characterized by a garden-style environment, a variety of building types (including semi-detached and standalone structures), comprehensive supporting services, and one-stop, in-depth industrial services through multiple financial channels.
