Lian Dong U Valley · Wuhu Jiujiang High-End Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Guandoumen Road and Huizhou Road in the Jiujiang Economic Development Zone, east of Wuhu City. It covers an area of approximately 500 mu, with a total investment of 2.1 billion yuan;Phase I covers 107 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 square meters, a floor area ratio of 1.29, and a building density of about 43%. It primarily consists of two- and three-story standardized factory buildings, available in semi-detached and standalone configurations.Aligning with the characteristics of the region’s leading industries, the park will focus on robotics and intelligent equipment, high-end equipment manufacturing, and precision electronics and information technology. Adhering to principles of high standards and quality, the project aims to develop an urban industrial hub that integrates manufacturing, R&D and design, pilot-scale technology commercialization, corporate headquarters, product show, and production-oriented services.
