Park Overview
Construction of the Huangshi Science and Technology City began on September 9, 2019. Located in Daye City, Huangshi, Hubei Province,360 meters northwest of the intersection of Aoti Avenue and Wunitan Road. It serves as a key node within the Huangshi Functional Zone of the Optics Valley Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. The project is tasked with establishing Huangshi as a hub of innovation, supporting the upgrading of traditional industries, and fostering the development of new industries. It also serves as a vital platform for the city to actively integrate into the Optics Valley Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and attract talent, projects, capital, and other innovative resources to Huangshi.
The Science and Technology Innovation Center project, launched as part of Phase I of the Science and Technology City, covers an area of approximately 130 mu (about 22 acres) with a planned construction volume of approximately 200,000 square meters. It is functionally divided into five major sections: “Headquarters for Technology-Based Enterprises,” “Industrial Technology Innovation Center,” “Comprehensive Service Innovation Center,” “Talent Innovation Support Service Center,” and “Comprehensive Science and Technology Finance Service Center.”
The Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Demonstration Base, launched as part of Phase II of the Science and Technology City, covers an area of 130 mu. Utilizing the new M0 land use designation, it features uniquely designed, multifunctional high-end industrial facilities. These facilities, developed through in-depth research into the characteristics of post-industrial era industrial spaces, integrate R&D, production, testing, and brand show into a single complex, offering multifunctional capabilities including R&D, prototyping, light manufacturing, testing, assembly, show, and warehousing and logistics.
