The Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Industry Park in Hebei Province is a sub-departmental-level administrative district approved by the Hebei Provincial Party Committee. Located in the southeastern part of Shijiazhuang, it borders the Shijiazhuang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone (national-level). Covering an area of 56.52 square kilometers, it is one of the ten new industrialization bases under Hebei Province’s strategy to build a strong industrial province, as well as one of the “5+4” pilot projects for urbanization in Shijiazhuang.In recent years, leveraging the industrial clustering characteristics of the park, the Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Industry Park has defined an urban development philosophy centered on “high-end intelligence, integrated industry and city, and ecological livability.” It is committed to advancing the chemical industry park’s approach of “using industry to revitalize the city, using the city to drive industry, integrating industry and city, and linking urban and rural areas.” The goal is to create a livable and business-friendly park where industrial and service functions interpenetrate, and industrial development and urban construction intertwine. The park has established a layout framework of “One Core, Two Cities,one zone, and ring-shaped isolation," and is dedicated to building a demonstration zone for industry-city integration characterized by technology, embodying the principles of "small yet refined, small yet beautiful, small yet prosperous, and small yet distinctive." It actively promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises within the park as well as the enhancement of its smart infrastructure, striving toward the development goals of becoming a national-level ecological demonstration zone, a model zone for provincial capital infrastructure, a pioneer zone for urban construction, a demonstration zone for smart chemical industry, a benchmark zone for green development, and a leading zone for rural revitalization.
