The Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Valley is located within the Sino-German High-End Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Tiexi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The project covers a net land area of 62,092.33 square meters (approximately 93.14 mu) and consists of multi-story Class D industrial buildings. With the Fourth Ring Road to the east, the G1 Expressway to the north, and the Shenyang Fourth Ring Expressway to the east, the project enjoys convenient external transportation links.
The project is oriented toward the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, with a focus on developing sectors such as automotive components, smart manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and new materials, thereby driving further adjustment and upgrading of the regional industrial structure. The buildings will be two-story reinforced concrete structures, with unit sizes ranging from 600 to 3,000 square meters. The first floor will feature a ceiling height of 8.1 meters to accommodate a variety of corporate operational needs.
