The Tianjin AUX High-Tech Industrial Park is located in the Wuqing Development Zone of Tianjin, covering a total area of 1,376 mu, with a planned total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan.
The industrial park boasts significant advantages, situated within both a national-level economic and technological development zone and a national-level high-tech industrial park, allowing enterprises to benefit from dual policy incentives.The park features well-developed infrastructure and abundant surrounding amenities, including commercial facilities such as Florence Town and Triumph Kingdom, as well as educational resources such as Yangcun No. 1 High School and the British International School. Focusing on smart manufacturing and biopharmaceuticals as its core sectors, and supported by electronics and information technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, and new energy and new materials, the park aims to establish a new domestic benchmark for advanced industry-city integration based on the principles of “industry driving urban development, urban development supporting industry, industry-city integration, and win-win cooperation.” This initiative will help facilitate the transition of new and old growth drivers in Tianjin and promote high-quality economic development.
