Lian Dong U-Valley · Tianfu International Emerging Technology Complex is Lian Dong Group’s second industrial park project in Chengdu’s Tianfu New Area. Located within the Emerging Industrial Park of the Chengdu Directly Administered Zone in Tianfu New Area, the project covers a total area of 253 mu (approximately 16.2 hectares) with a planned gross floor area of 300,000 square meters. It features standalone R&D and production facilities ranging from 500 to 9,000 square meters in size to meet the diverse needs of various enterprises.The project focuses on four main product categories: corporate headquarters, pilot production and R&D facilities, standard factory buildings, and commercial amenities. It aims to build an eco-friendly smart park centered on the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G communications, and artificial intelligence (AI) as its core industries.
