The Dongying Comprehensive Bonded Zone is located in the heart of the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, bordered by the Modern Logistics Industrial Zone to the north, the Eco-Chemical Industrial Zone to the west, and the Development Zone’s Central Business District to the south. It has a planned area of 3.1 square kilometers.Phase I, currently the primary area under construction, covers 1.67 square kilometers. It primarily consists of a bonded warehousing and logistics zone, a bonded processing zone, a mixed-use zone for bonded processing and warehousing/logistics, and a public inspection area. Supporting facilities include a comprehensive office building, a product exhibition hall, operational facilities, fumigation facilities, and testing, maintenance, and rental spaces.Phase II covers a planned area of 1.43 square kilometers and is primarily reserved for future development, featuring functions such as bonded processing, bonded warehousing, bonded logistics, port operations, and comprehensive services.
