Park Overview
The Yinan Economic Development Zone was established in September 2001 and was approved by the Shandong Provincial Government as a provincial-level economic development zone in March 2006, establishing a "One Zone, Ten Parks" development framework. It has been honored with titles such as "Advanced Park for Innovation Services for Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and "Shandong Provincial Demonstration Base for New Industrialization." It has been recognized as an "Advanced Provincial-level Economic Development Zone" by the Linyi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for 10 consecutive years. A highway network comprising three east-west and two north-south corridors, with 11 highway interchanges, spans both urban and rural areas. The zone is located 30 kilometers south of Linyi Airport and 80 kilometers east of Rizhao Port. The Ganghui Logistics Hub connects to both the Yangtze River and the sea, while the second Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway line propels Yinan into the high-speed rail era. Adjacent to Linyi, the “Logistics Capital,” logistics costs here are 30% lower than the national average. After years of development, the core zone has preliminarily established six major specialty industries: food processing, green chemicals, electric vehicles, new building materials, electronic information, and sporting goods.Zone A of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technology Park focuses on developing industries related to electronic information, smart manufacturing, bioproducts, and new materials; Zone B focuses on upstream and downstream industries such as pet food and supplies, as well as e-commerce; the Food Industry Park primarily focuses on deep processing of food products like dairy and prepared meals, as well as cold-chain warehousing and logistics; the Changhong Project Park primarily focuses on industries such as tires; The New Materials Industrial Park leverages its strengths in the deep processing of high-purity silicon micropowder to serve industries in fields such as photovoltaic glass, ultra-clear glass, automotive glass, pharmaceutical glass, high-end engineered wood panels, and new building materials; the Melamine Industrial Park primarily focuses on green chemical industries such as melamine; the Sporting Goods Industrial Park primarily focuses on the full industrial chain for ball sports; and the Electric Vehicle Industrial Park primarily focuses on new energy vehicles, low-speed electric vehicles, new energy batteries, and related industries.
