The Zhangjiagang High-Speed Rail New Town Development Zone covers an area of approximately 9 square kilometers. Building on its existing industrial foundation, the zone aims to expand industries such as new energy, new materials, and high-end equipment manufacturing to establish a high-end manufacturing hub in the new town.
With convenient transportation links, the high-speed rail hub provides access to Nanjing via the Nanyang Intercity Railway, and further connections to Wuhan, Chongqing, and Chengdu via lines such as the Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu High-Speed Railway. Traveling northward via the Tongsu-Jiaxing Railway and the Yancheng-Nantong Railway, the area offers access to popular tourist destinations such as Harbin.
