The Rugao Industrial Park was established in 2013 following the conversion of the former Rugao City’s Rucheng Town into a subdistrict.The Ruicheng Subdistrict Office was established to administer the 23 neighborhood committees—including the 11 village committees (Lingqing, Fangzhuang, Xinguān, Yanhe, Changgang, Laonan, Qianchang, Longyouhe, Anding, Zongdai, and Guanghua) and the 12 neighborhood committees (Anding, Huayuan, Luqiao, Puxing, Changxiang, Xiushui, Kongmiao, Yingxin, Chengdong, Chengxi, Hongxing, Xijiao, Xuzhuang, Chengnan, Xianhe,Hongba, Jizhuang, Shili, Xinmin, Heyang, Guzhuang, Daming, and Dayin, the Rucheng Subdistrict Office was established. The Subdistrict Office is located at 276 Fushou Road, the former site of Rucheng Town.
