Park Overview
The Nanjing Qixia High-Tech Industrial Development Zone was established on November 29, 2017. It covers a total area of 5.07 square kilometers, with a planned floor area of 6.2715 million square meters and a completed floor area of 3.599 million square meters. The Qixia High-Tech Zone adopts a "one zone, multiple parks" management model, fully integrating 12 specialized parks within Qixia District under the unified administration of the Qixia High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee. The directly administered area of the High-Tech Zone features four key parks—the Nanjing Zidong International Creative Park, the Jingang Technology Entrepreneurship Center, the Jiangsu Life Science and Technology Innovation Park, and the Xianlin Smart Valley—as its flagship platforms. It is vigorously developing high-tech industries with broad prospects, such as artificial intelligence, life sciences and health, and technology services.Covering an area of 1,000 mu, the Zidong International Creative Park has been designated as a key creative industry project in Nanjing. Future plans include integrating the surrounding 3.6-square-kilometer area to create Zidong Town—a cluster space dominated by cultural and financial industries that integrates leisure tourism, cultural creativity, and health and sports. The goal is to build an innovative, creative, and imaginative space that achieves the “integration of production, ecology, and living.”
