The Pizhou Lingang Industrial Park is hailed as an industrial new district, logistics hub, commercial center, and livable community along the Grand Canal. Located in the central part of Pizhou City, it is adjacent to the main urban area, connected by a waterway and three bridges.with West Ring Road running through the area, fostering the integration of industry and urban development and driving synergistic economic and social growth.
Leveraging the port and railway freight yard, the Lingang Industrial Park has a total planned area of 100 square kilometers, with a core zone of 10 square kilometers.Thirteen new 2,000-metric-ton-class berths have been constructed. The port adopts a continuous, shore-parallel layout with a berth shoreline of 1,112 meters and a designed annual throughput capacity of 11 million metric tons, complemented by onshore cargo yards and warehouses.
The park has a solid industrial foundation and well-developed infrastructure. Its industrial development focuses primarily on four key sectors: green building materials, smart manufacturing, power and energy, and warehousing and logistics. It currently hosts more than 50 large-scale enterprises.
