The Software Valley Entrepreneurship and Innovation City project is an upgraded version of the former Mingfa Industrial Raw Materials City. Located in the West Park of Software Valley, the project covers approximately 527 mu (about 35.1 hectares) and has a total floor area of approximately 467,000 square meters. To date, Zones A, B, and C of the project have attracted a total of 372 companies, with 196,000 square meters of space leased. The project features supporting facilities such as talent apartments, the Software Valley Branch of Nanjing University’s School of Software, shuttle buses, and a cafeteria. Preliminary procedures for the renovation and upgrade of Zone D are currently underway.
