The Changzhou Municipal People’s Government is the national administrative body of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and is located at 1280 Longcheng Avenue, Xinbei District, Changzhou. Changzhou is situated in southern Jiangsu Province, in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta, and administers five municipal districts (Jintan, Wujin, Xinbei, Tianning, and Zhonglou) and one county-level city(Liyang City). Changzhou is a major manufacturing hub and industrial city in the Yangtze River Delta region, known for its titles such as “China’s City of Intelligent Manufacturing” and “Capital of New Energy.”
