The Jiangsu Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park is a high-tech industrial park established through a partnership between the Changzhou Municipal People’s Government and the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Administrative Committee. It is located within the Liyang Economic Development Zone in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.The park covers a planned area of approximately 40 square kilometers and was established in 2012. Leveraging the resource advantages of the “Zhongguancun” brand, including technology, talent, and projects, while capitalizing on Changzhou’s geographical and transportation advantages, and supported by effective financial backing such as the Jiangsu Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park Equity Investment Fund, the park is dedicated to developing into the “Five Parks and One Zone”—namely, the Software Industrial Park, Health Industrial Park, Green Energy Industrial Park,the Electronic Information Industrial Park, the High-End Equipment and General Aviation Industrial Park, and the R&D Institution Cluster.
