Focusing on economic development as its central task and high-quality development as its primary objective, the Lingang Industrial Zone in Guanyun County remains unwavering in its commitment to “building the zone through industry and strengthening it through manufacturing.” It actively integrates into development strategies such as industrial transformation, sector realignment, and green and low-carbon development, concentrating its efforts on the “3+N” Lingang-specific industrial system and fostering new-quality productive forces tailored to local conditions.From January to May 2025, 17 new projects were signed, with a total investment of 14.632 billion yuan; 30 key projects with a total investment of 26.632 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 12.26 billion yuan were implemented, marking a record high in the number of projects.Adhering to the development philosophy of industrial upgrading, circular support systems, and green ecology, the district is guiding projects toward green, high-end, and smart development, and comprehensively promoting the integration of the “industrial chain, carbon reduction chain, innovation chain, and service chain.”
