Introduction to the Jiangsu (Hai'an) Commerce and Logistics Industrial Development Zone: Located in the northern part of the city within a concentrated area of external transportation infrastructure—including road, rail, and waterways—the zone is positioned to serve the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the coastal development strategy. With a focus on connecting coastal ports and the inland hinterland, it aims to establish itself as an influential modern integrated inland port, a regional logistics hub, a cargo transshipment and distribution base, and an information and financial service center within the Yangtze River Delta region.Based on different functional orientations and regional distributions, the Jiangsu (Hai’an) Commerce and Logistics Industrial Development Zone is planned to comprise five major functional zones, with a total planned land area of 53.86 square kilometers.
