Leveraging its abundant resources and favorable ecological conditions, the Dongtai Coastal Economic Zone focuses on developing industries such as new energy and equipment, biotechnology, mechanical and electronic engineering, green food, and eco-tourism. The zone features comprehensive infrastructure, including water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and road networks, as well as land leveling. Currently, nearly 100 enterprises have established operations in the zone, including eight central state-owned enterprises such as Sinomach, COFCO, Guohua, Luneng, China Energy Conservation, and Huadian. Additionally, two national high-tech enterprises and two provincial-level academician workstations have been established.Industry leaders such as Sumec Power Technology, Dongrun Medical Devices, Sinocare Medical Technology, and Yueke New Materials have all established operations here, while local enterprises including BGI, Guangya, and Haitian are thriving. The zone is committed to optimizing its development platforms: the Pengtao Supply Chain and Bonded Logistics Warehouse are now operational, and construction of the Smart Grid Industrial Park and the Taiwanese Industrial Park is accelerating.
