The Southwest Gang Economic Development Zone in Sihong, Jiangsu, is located in Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. It covers a planned area of 9.64 square kilometers and comprises four sub-zones: Shuanggu, Weiying, Shangtang, and Tianganghu. The zone was approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Government in April 2025 and designated as a provincial-level economic development zone, thereby achieving full coverage of provincial-level economic development zones across all counties in Suqian City.

Specific Block Distributions
‌Shuangguo Block: East to the Xinyang Expressway; south to the Huaihong New River and approximately 380 meters north of County Road 257; west to Shuangwu Line and National Highway 344; north to approximately 850 meters south of County Road 331.
‌Weiying Block: Covering an area of 0.69 square kilometers, located between Atom Bomb Gully and the Caiwei Main Canal.
‌Shangtang Block‌: Covering an area of 1.05 square kilometers, it extends east to County Road 105 and west to Chuntang Avenue.
‌Tiangang Lake Block‌: Covering an area of 0.91 square kilometers, it is adjacent to the eastern shore of Tiangang Lake.

The Development Zone focuses on three key industries:
‌Food and Brewing‌: Represented by enterprises such as Shuang Gou Liquor, Guanyun Distillery, and Manchangxiang Food Technology, the zone aims to establish itself as the “Sub-center of China’s Liquor Capital.”
‌Smart Manufacturing: Clustering high-end manufacturing enterprises such as Maisi Transmission and Kailai Aluminum to drive industrial automation upgrades.
‌High-End Light Industry: Covering green light industrial projects such as Huatai Printing and pecan processing.
At the same time, the park is fostering emerging industries such as metal materials, biotechnology, and smart logistics to form a diversified industrial ecosystem.
