Zhonglu International Logistics Technology Park is a provincial-level science and technology park approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology. It is named for its central location in Wujiang District, Suzhou, and boasts a uniquely advantageous geographical position. The core zone was designed by the Planning and Design Institute of Tongji University, with a total planned area of 14.2 square kilometers. To the east, it borders Provincial Highway 227 and the Grand Canal, while the Shanghai-Suzhou-Zhejiang Expressway features an interchange within the park, fully highlighting its proximity to Shanghai.To the north, it borders the Wujiang Economic Development Zone, offering extremely promising prospects for the development of supporting industries. The master plan for the core zone is set to a high standard, guided by the principle of “accelerating urbanization strategies to create an eco-friendly technology-driven industrial sector.” It prioritizes industrial enterprises while organizing the layout around waterways and green spaces, seamlessly integrating modern design concepts into the plan.
