Park Overview
The Heilongjiang Yangming Economic Development Zone, established in October 2010, is the first provincial-level development zone approved by the provincial government to be established within an urban area. It was formerly known as the Heilongjiang Yangming Industrial Demonstration Base. In 2013, with the approval of the General Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, the Yangming Industrial Demonstration Base was upgraded to a provincial-level economic development zone and officially named the “Heilongjiang Yangming Economic Development Zone.”
Located in Yangming District, Mudanjiang City, the development zone has a total planned area of 10 square kilometers, with the first-phase startup area covering 1.55 square kilometers. In accordance with requirements for optimized industrial structure, rational economic layout, resource renewal, intensive and efficient development, and sustainable growth, the Yangming Industrial Park is planned as “One Zone and Five Parks,” namely the Comprehensive Functional Service Zone, Manufacturing Industrial Park, High-Tech Industrial Park, Furniture Industrial Park, Food Industrial Park, and Logistics Industrial Park.
The Heilongjiang Yangming Economic Development Zone boasts convenient transportation, ample land reserves, strong industrial strengths, abundant resources, as well as unique locational and economic development advantages. Through persistent development and construction, the zone has taken shape and achieved its expected goals regarding master planning, overall image, infrastructure, capital investment, and project implementation.As of July 2023, the initial development zone of the park has completed the “seven utilities and one leveling” infrastructure construction covering 0.55 square kilometers, meeting all basic conditions for enterprise relocation. Thirteen enterprises, including Jilin Haoyue, Hong Kong Asia Wind Power, and Shuoye Dairy, have already been established and commenced operations, while four enterprises, such as Wanda Mountain Dairy, are currently under construction.
