Park Overview
The Yima Coal Chemical Industry Cluster has a total planned area of 10.55 square kilometers and consists of two sections: the West Zone and the East Zone. The West Zone is the developed area, with a planned area of 3.24 square kilometers. It features a comprehensive infrastructure system, including roads, water supply and drainage, electricity, gas, and wastewater treatment, and is integrated into the urban development; The East Zone is a planned new development area (comprising development and control zones) with a planned area of 7.31 square kilometers, serving as the expansion space for Yima’s coal chemical industry development. The Yima Coal Chemical Industry Cluster will strictly adhere to the requirements of “concentrated layout of enterprises (projects), clustered industrial development, intensive resource utilization, integrated functional development, and population transfer to urban areas.” It will increase investment and accelerate construction progress, striving to initially establish, through 2–3 years of effort, a first-class industrial cluster in Henan Province with national influence—characterized by distinctive industrial features, high-tech development, comprehensive infrastructure, an excellent investment environment, and green, circular, and environmentally friendly practices. In 2018, the Yima Coal Chemical Industry Cluster was successfully upgraded to a “Two-Star” industrial cluster, becoming the only “Two-Star” industrial cluster in Sanmenxia City.
