The Luohe Sha-Li Industrial Cluster is located in the southwest of Luohe City. It is one of the first provincial-level industrial clusters designated by Henan Province and a key area for the western expansion of Luohe City’s master plan. It stretches from National Highway 107 in the east to Liuyang Road in the west, South Street and South Ring Road in the south, and borders the Li River to the north.
The cluster focuses on the food industry and high-tech industries as its leading sectors, while actively developing emerging industries such as biomedicine and electronic information. At the same time, leveraging the natural resources of the Sha River and Li River, it is developing eco-tourism and leisure industries.
