The Longgang Economic Development Zone is located between Nanshimen Town and Yangfan Town in Xingtai County. It has been approved as a municipal-level economic development zone and is currently actively applying for provincial-level status.Its key features include proximity to the city center, convenient transportation, and a large amount of undeveloped land, making it the preferred location for industrial enterprises across the city. Currently, the park is home to a number of key projects, including Delong Steel (a "Top 500 Chinese Enterprise"), the under-construction AVIC (Xingtai) Heavy-Duty Truck and Special Vehicle Chassis/Special Equipment Production Base Project, and the Jinzhong Coal Transportation Group Xingtai Coal Logistics Port Project.The controlled land area is 50 square kilometers, with a planned area of 35 square kilometers and a developed area of 10,000 mu.The Development Zone enjoys an advantageous transportation location, with the Xingzuo, Xinghe, and Xingfeng highways, as well as the under-construction Xingfen Expressway, all passing through the zone. Situated on the outskirts of the city and at the western gateway of Xingtai, the zone serves as a key transportation hub connecting Shanxi and Hebei, offering unique and favorable conditions for the development of the park.
