Focusing on optimizing industrial layout and developing a circular economy, and leveraging our leading enterprises and resources, we will strive to build the Hexi fort Industrial Zone, the Yongchang Industrial Zone, the Qinghe Agricultural Circular Economy Industrial Park, and the Jiaozhuang Fluorine Materials Industrial Park —striving to incorporate these “Two Zones and Two Parks” into the development plans of the Jinchang National Economic and Technological Development Zone, the National High-Tech Industrial Base for New Materials, and the Circular Economy Demonstration Zone, thereby elevating the construction of industrial parks to a new level.Leveraging our industrial foundation and resource advantages, we will expand and strengthen the “five pillar industries”—chemical engineering, energy, metallurgy, building materials, and agricultural and livestock product processing—while actively developing new energy industries such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation. We will promote industrial extension through succession and structural adjustment through extension, thereby building a new industrial system with greater distinctiveness, growth potential, and fiscal contribution.The goal is to achieve 30 billion yuan in industrial sales revenue and 5 billion yuan in industrial value-added by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
