The Chongxin County Industrial Concentration Zone [1] consists of the Tongcheng Coal-Electricity-Chemical Circular Economy Park and the Xinyao Coal Industrial Park, forming an industrial development pattern of “one zone and two parks” within the overall framework. The total planned area is 20 square kilometers.
By 2015, the Chongxin County Industrial Concentration Zone will have achieved “seven utilities and one leveling,” with significantly improved infrastructure conditions, enabling development from a high starting point.The park’s distinctive industries and circular economy chains will have taken initial shape, becoming the primary driving force behind local economic development. By 2020, the development level of the Chongxin County Industrial Concentration Zone will undergo fundamental changes. The park will have established a highly competitive system of distinctive industries, with leading industries achieving cluster-based development, and several exemplary circular economy industrial chains formed in the fields of resource development and deep processing.The goal is to build the Chongxin County Industrial Park into an industrial zone with well-developed infrastructure, comprehensive service functions, prominent industrial advantages, robust economic strength, strong technological innovation capabilities, and a beautiful ecological environment. The park will be developed into a major national energy and chemical industry base, a national circular economy demonstration zone with distinct advantages and characteristics, and a primary driving force for the comprehensive economic and social development of the entire county.
