Park Overview
The Linze Industrial Park is located 3 kilometers east of Linze County seat. Its initial planned area was 6.86 square kilometers. In 2003, the County Party Committee and County Government commissioned the former Ganzhou District Planning Bureau to conduct a new survey and planning of the industrial park, resulting in the compilation of the *Linze County Industrial Development Zone Control Detailed Plan*. This plan expanded the park’s area to 7.275 square kilometers,The boundaries are as follows: the lower half of the eastern side extends to the centerline of the Xiaosha River at the boundary between Linze County and the former Xiahe Township of Ganzhou District, while the upper half adjoins the farmland of Xinmin Village in Shahe Town; the southern boundary is the Shahe Main Canal; the western boundary is the east bank of the Dasha River; and the northern boundary is 150 meters north of National Highway 312.In 2006, during the nationwide review and rectification of development zones, the National Development and Reform Commission and the provincial government officially announced the area as 67 hectares.
Linze County possesses unique comparative advantages. The terrain within the county is flat, the climate is suitable, and there are currently 500,000 mu of irrigated land, with an additional 1.79 million mu of unused land.Proven mineral deposits include manganese, iron, gypsum, quartz, iodine-bearing attapulgite, bentonite, coal, fluorite, and vermiculite. Surface water resources total 1.295 billion cubic meters, and the comprehensive groundwater recharge capacity is 569 million cubic meters, indicating abundant water resources.National Highway 312, the Lianhuo Expressway, and the second double track of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway all traverse the industrial park. The three major arterial roads—East Park Road (Nisha Highway), West Park Road (Xinfeng Road), and Binhe Road—all connect to National Highway 312 and the Shanlin Expressway to the southwest. County, town, and village roads crisscross the area, making transportation extremely convenient.
