Chuangzhi Yuncheng has a total floor area of 1.36 million square meters and is being developed in three phases. Phase I has been fully completed and is now operational, while Phases II and III are scheduled to open in 2022 and 2024, respectively. Phase I focuses on attracting enterprises across the entire smart device industry chain, aiming to establish itself as a pioneering hub for the smart device industry.
