Meilong Lake Smart Manufacturing New Town is located in the Dongfeng District of Xinxu Town, Huiyang District, adjacent to Pingdi Subdistrict in Longgang, Shenzhen, and Qingxi Town in Dongguan.The project covers a total planned area of approximately 9.6 square kilometers, with a planned total investment of 30 billion yuan. It will be developed and constructed using a "phased planning, phased investment, and phased implementation" model, aiming to establish a new benchmark for the integrated development of industry, cities, villages, and people within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as a new hub for smart manufacturing in the coordinated development of the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou region.
