The park is a core priority project of Xi’an’s “Northward Expansion” trillion-yuan industrial corridor, as well as a key construction project at both the municipal and district levels in Xi’an and a demonstration project for green and smart industrial parks in Shaanxi Province / Xi’an’s key construction project, and a model project for Xi’an’s green and smart industrial parks. Developed by Xi’an Silk Road Ronghao Industrial Concentration Zone Development Co., Ltd., it is positioned as the core hub for advanced manufacturing in Northern Weihe, a national demonstration base for the full smart home industry chain, and a new industrial city for the smart automotive parts industry in Northwest China .

The first phase covers an area of 315 mu and will be constructed in phases across four plots;

• with a total floor area of 250,000 square meters and an initial investment of 1.6 billion yuan;

• Construction Progress: Zones 1 and 2 have been completed and delivered, with over 100 enterprises already in operation; Zones 3 and 4 are currently accepting tenants for ready-to-occupy units and can accommodate 230 small and medium-sized enterprises.
