The park covers an area of 60 mu (approximately 4 hectares) with a total floor area of about 56,753 square meters. Developed jointly by a renowned domestic planning agency and a design institute, it is an eco-friendly, low-density, smart industrial park that integrates R&D, cleanroom production, incubation, and office spaces. The park focuses on attracting specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises across the following sectors:

II. Location Advantages

The project is located in the Gaoyou South Economic New District (Cheluo Town), serving as the primary hub and southern gateway for Gaoyou’s eastward and southward urban expansion. It offers convenient transportation access:

Highways: Adjacent to National Highway G233 and Provincial Highway S333; four major thoroughfares—Zhuguang Road, Wenyou Road, Dieyuan Road, and Pinghuai Road—connect to the city center
