The Yanjiao ZTE Science and Technology Park is located in the Yanjiao High-Tech Zone east of Beijing, bordering Tongzhou—Beijing’s sub-center—to the west and Shunyi—the Airport Economic Zone—to the north. The park’s north gate is just a 5-minute drive from Beijing, and it is only 2 kilometers from the Chaobai Dajie Station on Beijing Subway Line 22. The park covers an area of 500 mu, with over 100,000 square meters already completed in Phase I. It features a floor area ratio of 0.84, a building density of 20.5%, and a green space ratio of 19.4%.Commissioned in June 2010, the park features facilities such as R&D and production buildings, office towers, provincial-level incubator support facilities, dormitories, a cafeteria, a guesthouse, conference rooms, and sports fields. It is primarily designed as a comprehensive technology park catering to multiple sectors, including electronic information, data communications, smart manufacturing, live-streaming e-commerce, and corporate headquarters.
