The Science and Technology Innovation Park in the Economic Development Zone of Daishan County, Zhoushan City, is located in northeastern Zhejiang Province and central Zhoushan New Area. It is situated near the urban areas of Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Ningbo in the Yangtze River Delta region, with Ningbo just one hour away and Shanghai Yangshan Port a 40-minute drive. It is also adjacent to the Zhoushan-Daishan Bridge Expressway exit.

The project primarily consists of single-story and multi-story standard factory buildings, supporting comprehensive service facilities, testing and inspection laboratories, as well as supporting infrastructure such as landscaping, park roads and open spaces, parking spaces, external water and electricity connections, and main gates and perimeter walls. The total land area is 82,353 square meters, with a total floor area of 164,997.12 square meters and a total investment of approximately 570 million yuan.

The surrounding land adjacent to the project site consists largely of Class II industrial land. The northern portion of the site is designated for fire safety facilities and administrative offices, the eastern portion for commercial facilities, and the western portion for drainage facilities and logistics warehousing.

The standardized factory buildings in the Daishan Science and Technology Innovation Park primarily focus on the petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry, new materials industry, petrochemical production-oriented services, and offshore engineering equipment.Currently, the surrounding area is home to high-quality enterprises such as the Yushan International Green Petrochemical Base, the Daisan New Materials Research and Experimental Base of the Ningbo Institute of Materials Science and Engineering (CAS), Shanghai Zhuoran, Shandong Luyang, Suzhou Shenghui Equipment, Suzhou Guna Heavy Industry, Dingsheng Petrochemical, and Shandong Daisheng. The industrial agglomeration effect continues to grow, and the development momentum remains strong.
