The project is situated on industrial land adjacent to the residential area of Laocheng Science and Technology New Town in Chengmai, Hainan. Located in the core region of Hainan’s industrial synergy, it benefits from the unique investment advantages of Hainan Island’s closed-border policy. With a total land area of 182 mu (approximately 12.1 hectares) and a total floor area of about 200,000 square meters, the project will be developed in two phases. Phase I covers 89.6 mu (approximately 5.97 hectares) with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan.Phase I is expected to be completed in early 2027, with Phase II scheduled for completion in 2028.
