Zone A covers 230 mu with a total floor area of approximately 300,000 square meters and is being developed into the Premium International Exhibition and Sales Center. Five commercial complexes totaling 100,000 square meters have already been completed.Zone B covers approximately 246.64 mu and is being developed as a smart home and green building materials industrial cluster. It features 375 steel-structured retail units totaling 54,000 square meters, each measuring approximately 72 square meters with a ceiling height of 7.2 meters;Zone C covers 246.55 mu and features 35 standardized warehouses, planned for upgrading into a high-standard warehouse service ecosystem; Zone D covers 260 mu and is planned as a smart multimodal logistics base. Supported by multimodal transport and smart technology, it will serve as a highly efficient and eco-friendly logistics hub and dispatch center.
