Suzhou City Investment Industrial Development Co., Ltd. owns and operates this flagship project. Located on the banks of the Wusong River, the project offers views of the river. It comprises one 12-story R&D and laboratory building and eight high-specification industrial buildings. The R&D and laboratory building is available in both fully finished and unfinished units, with floor areas ranging from 190 to 800 square meters.Among the industrial buildings, Building 7 is the only remaining unit available for lease. It is a 6-story structure with a floor area of 2,000 square meters per level.
