Xinchang High-Tech Innovation Park (Tianmu Silicon Valley) (hereinafter referred to as the “High-Tech Innovation Park”) was established in November 2022 through a partnership between the Xinchang County Government and Zhejiang University Wangxin Science and Technology Innovation Group. Located along the Xinchang Smart Manufacturing and Innovation Corridor—characterized by “one axis connecting, two wings soaring, and multiple points of support”—the two parties joined forces to build the “Xinchang High-Tech Innovation Park,” a comprehensive science and technology innovation complex centered on “innovation.”The High-Tech Innovation Park has a total planned area of 209 mu (approximately 13.9 hectares) and a total floor area of 161,000 square meters, with construction divided into two phases.Phase I has been completed and is now in operation. It covers a total land area of 158 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 112,000 square meters, including about 87,000 square meters of above-ground floor area. The total investment for Phase I was 990 million yuan. Phase II is scheduled for completion in mid-2026. The park primarily comprises functional zones such as co-working spaces, incubation and acceleration areas, smart manufacturing zones, industry-academia research areas, and comprehensive support facilities. It aims to attract innovative R&D institutions and industrial projects, providing incubation and acceleration services for projects and teams.
