This project is a high-quality, high-standard, comprehensive development complex developed by Binjiang State-owned Assets Control. Spanning 160 mu (approximately 26.5 acres), the project features a total floor area of 130,000 square meters, comprising 11 standardized two- to three-story industrial buildings and one comprehensive support building. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, the project is expected to be fully completed and delivered by the end of December 2024.
