The Zhongxin Yuanrui (Kunshan) Cross-Border E-Commerce Specialized Industrial Park is located at No. 788 Nanhe Road in the Kunshan Development Zone, adjacent to the East Ring Expressway. It covers a total land area of approximately 262.3 mu, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a total floor area of approximately 320,000 square meters.

The park will feature a Cross-Border E-Commerce Industry Innovation Center, a Cross-Border E-Commerce Maritime Consolidation Hub, a Flexible Manufacturing Center, a Cross-Border E-Commerce Headquarters Base, a Product R&D and Innovation Center, a Smart Park Support Service Center, a Smart E-Commerce Operations Service Center, and an Overseas Brand Incubation Center. Based on the actual needs of each center, the park will create integrated spaces combining office, service, exhibition, R&D, and production functions.

The project will attract renowned domestic and international e-commerce platforms and professional service providers, such as Alibaba International and Amazon, to establish the “Alibaba International Jiangsu Digital and Intelligent Overseas Expansion Service Base,” “Amazon SPN Park Service Provider,” Suzhou (Kunshan) Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprise Service Center, and Kunshan Cross-Border E-Commerce Product Selection Center, thereby building a comprehensive industrial ecosystem to support the development of local cross-border e-commerce.
